No I meant that specifically, some games aren't well optimized for it yet.

Take League of Legends as an example, playing at anything above 1080p makes the UI super tiny without ability to change it, same goes for CSGO.

Mouse in LoL becomes so small you lose it during teamfights, I know this becuase I used it myself.

I think, there is a way in League Of Legends to scale up the UI so. But i dunno with CS:GO

My question is with which Graphics Card should I go 1080 or 1080Ti and which Brand?
I'm not going to play 4K games and no VR at the moment maybe later.

    Thanks in Advance

If you have the budget for it. I wouldnt see my self on Full HD with 1080Ti though. I would go with 1440p panel on 1080 , seems like a sweet spot.

    please help

my gpu fan turns into top speed with noise and monitor shows no output signal.it happened several times and i restart pc.then i scan with withmalwarebytes and it found malware.while quarentining the pc goes blackscreen again and gpu fan top speed. then restrt again and scan again and while quarentining this time no problem.any further solution ? i have not check game yet.

Could be Mining Malware, or something like that. Best option you have is to reinstall windows.

Even if I slightly push the card with my finger it overheats :( I already have an HIS support stand to use but it just overheats :( Today I might take my card apart.

Maybe the PCB is bend and the cooler is making un-even pressure on GPU Chip itself, making it (as you said) un-stick. Would try to take it apart, see if there is any damage on the PCB itself, then maybe slightly bend it back (your risk) in your hands. Or if its the cooler what is bend, Accelero cooler , or look on used market for Heatsinks on GPU.

  5. Hi, i have a Xeon E3-1270 V3 3,5 Ghz CPU , from what i've seen, it's just like I7 4770 , maybe little better.

I Was just wondering if i should upgrade to something beyond from here, maybe 4790 ? Or a better processor ?

I dont want to go to 6th generation of Intel Core Processors, Because i dont want to use DDR4 Ram. I'm using B85 Motherboard, because Xeon Can't OC.

Or maybe step back On I7 3930K 6-Core ? I'm From Czech Republic, and those SKUs here are like 160$. But there aren't any X79 Motherboards so...

  6. If those were your only two options, then the 680 is a far better deal.  It would cost you an extra $100 or more just for the card and you would still need a new PSU because the 960 sucks up twice as much power as your 750ti.

Yeah, i think i will go for it :) Thanks for advice :)

Really look into something better. Not higher wattage, better quality.

Well Eurocase is not a quality and still, its done its purpose

  7. Depends on the deal you get, the cards both have their pros and cons but are pretty close performance wise.  You'll likely need a better PSU though if you go with the 680, probably making it more expensive than just getting a new 960.

The deal is his GPU for my GPU + 40USD, and PSU is around 30USD but, i think the PSU upgrade should have been done earlier, FX-8300 is struggling with it and i really want to have more OC on my CPU

  8. GTX 680 for sure, and then you need a new PSU, 600W+ . I dont even know how is you system working with 350W with some suspicious brand.

I know i found some LC-Power 600W so super cheap, TDP is 195W for gtx 680 and required min is 550W, and yeah :D I dont know how i got it but, overclocking the FX-8300 is so messy with this PSU, BSOD all over the place :D

    Of course, this. A R9 380 is 15% faster than a 960 and about 7% faster than a 680.

Yeah i know, saw it but, dont wanna be amd fan on gpu side of things

if going used I'd suggest a 7970 but that's just me

Well, iam limited by my country, i live in czech republic, so yeah..

  9. Hi, my rig specs are: FX-8300 OC 3.5 ghz, 8gb DDR3 1333 mhz running on Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3, my gpu is MSI GTX 750 Ti Twin Frozr IV Overclocked powered by Eurocase ATX-350W

I need help upgrading my gpu because, i think games running barrely at 30-35 Fps isnt enough for me so, i planned on upgrading to GTX 960 2gb but then my friend he has GTX 680 2gb and said he dont need it

and if i can swap them + give him some money, we could make a deal

So my question is, is it worth it going for cheap but (not much) used GTX 680 2gb or should i go with brand new GTX 960?

Edit: I know i need a new PSU :D Dont Worry about it :D
