I recently bought a new PC and all 32 bit games are running perfectly, but when i try to play 64 bit games an error message comes up and say "Game" has stopped working.
Intel Core i5-4590 3.30 GHZ
GTX 7508GB RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate edition 64 BitThanks for your help
What games? If they are too intensive, that 750 will burn to the ground

Is there a motherboard with the following specs? Just need the name. No prices needed.
Needed Specs:
- Dual 2011 sockets
- DDR4
- At least 2 pcie slots (16x)
- ATX, EATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX, SSI EEB size formats
- Support for integrated graphics
- at least 4 Sata ports
Thanks!

Hey everyone!
So I have a fairly decent PC and my wife's little brother is going to be coming over this weekend. He really wants to check out a game that I've been playing and I'd like to play it with him. Is there an easy way for me to run 2 instances of a game and each instance have its own keyboard and mouse? I've watched the 7 gamers 1 CPU video and it seems quite complicated for what I'd like to do.
Here is the run down:
Would like to run 2 instances of GW2
PC:
i5-6500k (OC to 4.3 on liquid cooling)
16GB DDR4 (slowest speed but good timings)
EVGA 980ti SC+ (with the nice fans)
nice fat corsair PSU 750
I have multiple monitors already and extra keyboards/mice (meese? lol).
The easiest and free-est way would be ideal if possible.
Ideas?
Proxmox. Tek Syndicate did a how to on it

I was wondering out of curiousity if any one knew of a way to power this board from the standard atx power supply. I know it can be done by "jump starting" the psu and then powering the whole motherboard via the 4 pin cpu connector by a cobbled together 2 pin adapter, but this rules out the ability for the motherboard to turn off and on the psu at its liking. I know I know a regular mini itx would be the way I should be going, but that's not the point. The rig I'm building is going to be unique. Currently the wattage estimatation with the components is around 217 at estimated max draw (pcpartpicker est.). I have a 240w power brick to run it on but will 23w give me enough headroom to do some overclocking with there components: i7-4790k, 750 ti low profile gpu, 2 256gb ssd, a slim optical bluray drive, and a cooler master 120v liquid cpu cooler. All thoughts and opinions are appreciated.

I tried 4.6 first and it went fine and then i tried 4.8 since linus used a i7 4770k in the video and he went straight to 4.6 to see if it could handle it
Did you ever go to 4.7 ghz?

I am not sure if DDR4 goes with that processor, its only skylake isn't it
Ddr4 also goes with 2011 processors, not just 1151 processors

Hi I tried following Linus Haswell overclocking video and when I tried to set cpu ratio for 4.8 and save and exit then it won't go past the first screen and I can't enter bios either.
cpu volt was set at 1.200
I have a Noctua nh-d15 cpu cooler
I have tried restarted computer many times and those times it go past the first screen then windows says that it will try and repair and has come up with 2 errors:
''windows-driver-overran-stack-buffer''
''whea uncorrectable error ''
Please help
Did you overclock a little at a time or just stick it right up to 4.8ghz on the first try.

I think a motherboard.
Ok. This is going to be a bit more complicated than i thought. Take a picture of the back of the pc (if you are using a desktop) and try to label the ethernet connection. Its fine if you dont.

That's why I posted on here lol.
What are you using for an Ethernet connection? A card? Your motherboard? Tell me what exact item you are using (the model name)

I haven't given it any thought, but how much is your max budget? Imma see if I can get you a better setup with just two PC's. IDK if it will work, because i'll need dual mobos, cpus, etc, but i'm thinking that with less server grade stuff, and less unraid, it might save some money? It will also be easier... Imma just see if it works. Your budget?
$1600 for both (including keyboard and mouse and display)

Can I ask why? Is this just a "Because I can" thing? Or are you and a friend looking for some sick ping times in your lan games? or why?
It's a my computer is almost dead and my little brother's computer is dead and we need a PC.

I am working on initiating myself on networking gear in order to further my techification, and I need a modem/router upgrade. I looked at the pfsense website, and it seems to be more technical than I understand yet, and more trouble than it's worth. However, before ruling it out, I thought i'd ask you guys for pros/cons. How difficult is it? How much should a pfsense rig cost? Can I make it wifi compatible? Can I integrate a modem as well? Will it be fast? What about wanting more Ethernet ports than a motherboard has? Any other ups or downs I should know about?
All I know about presence:
It is good. Sorry, but the wifi setup that my parents are regretting is the AT&T provided all-in-one. I'm having them buy some gaming one so we can take advantage of google fiber when it comes. I don't know what that router is going to be though. Our current setup randomly shuts down.

Yes.

Or, alternatively, your naming conventions.
All my rigs are named after AI. I currently have two active machines, my desktop is named GLaDOS and my laptop is Cortana.
Mine is Adrift. My next build will be complex, and my testbench(a torn apart laptop that still works) is called Abandon. They are all maps in halo 4.

I need to do this quick but here is my build I have been planning. It is meant to be virtualization for 2 people. Don't ask why, but it would be really helpful if someone could help bring the price down. One thing that could help is finding the mobo for 7 gamers for about the same price as the mobo I have. It can come from eBay, but from a reliable seller that also includes a io plate. Thanks!

Hi guys,
My mobo has got 8 DIMM slots and I'm picking the RAM to go into them.
How can I fill all 8 DIMM slots? Can I use TWO quad channel kits with all identical brand, capacity and timing?
Will it all perform the same as a 8x RAM set? or will my computer explode?
Obviously I do not need 64GB of RAM which exists for 8x RAM sets. I'm referring to 2x (4x4GB RAM) = 32GB <-- hope you got that..
OR should I just go quad channel and stick to 4 sticks?
Overall, I just want the best reliability and performance for 32GB regardless of slots.
THANKS!

Here's my build. It goes by all thingys. If you need the price lower, I can go down to a penguin if you want.

Not really a crossfire nut, but do you know if the board supports it?
1. Not going to use it
2. I am going to replace one with a 650ti and put it in for the other virtual computer

So I'm thinking about upgrading my pre built sell computer. It's a 8700 and I've found all the components are pretty decent other than the graphics card. I want to buy a MSI GTX 960 with 4gb of vram instead of the standard 2gb vram version. MSI recommends 400w of power and I read on my PSU that I have 460W so it should be enough. But the new graphics card needs a 8 pin connector while my PSU only provides a 6 pin. I know that the graphics card comes with a 6 to 8 pin adapter but u read that it's not good to use those. Would it be ok for me to just use that adapter or would I have to upgrade to a PSU that provides a 8 pin connector.
I would get one from cooler master or corsair. It would be reliable and those psu's in pre-guilts sometimes burst under load. It would be worth it.
