  1. When the issue is occuring, GPU is around 35/40°C so no issues there. Without the issue temps are still good too. When monitoring afterburner I did however notice that with the issue occurring my gpu is maxed out in usage whereas after changing the drivers round it does not reach max when locked at 60fps. I've got no overclocking on the card.
  2. Any game really, I've tried - Assetto Corsa, GTA V, Project Cars 2 and even brawlhalla drops slightly (onboard graphics can run that well).
  3. Hi, My R9 280x began dropping frame rates down dramatically the other day, the only way I seem to be able to fix this bug is by rolling back the drivers then launching a game. Then, when I next boot my PC on ti will do the same so I need to update the drivers. This fixes the issue again, until the next time the PC is turned on when once again I must roll back the drivers and so on.. Any suggestions? Thanks. Related Specs: CPU - I5 3570k GPU - R9 280x Mobo - Asus p8z77-v lx OS - Windows 10
  4. Hey, I don't think you got the part picker link right, just leads you to an empty list.. thought i'd just let you know to help out!
  5. I know there isn't much chance of winning but why not try! I would love either but the razer blade would be amazing, I'm a budding video creator so it would be great for editing and I would love to play some games on it! Oh yeah, gibe now plz!
  6. Hey again, thanks for the help, does anyone know if the 860k can do gta at 30+ fps? Thanks
  7. Hi, I'm looking into and upgrade for my friends system, he currently has an amd a6-7400k and a gtx 670. We have found that the a6 isn't performing how we had hoped and is bottlenecking the 670 in a major way, so I would just like to have some suggestions for an upgrade. His max budget is £85-ish and lower would be very much welcome, the Games he is wanting to play include basic ones like CS:GO or Chivalry to more demanding ones like Rust, Ark survival and Subnautica at around 45+ fps decent settings, all help is welcome, thanks, Seb.
  8. I'm using a cheap 16000 dpi adjustable gaming mouse(need an upgrade), a razer Sphex mousemat, a tesoro excalibur spectrum with kailh red keys and a plantronics gamecom 788 headset. So not bad but would love the new peripherals!
  9. currently running an r9 280x which is great, but I'm looking to upgrade to an ultrawide /2560*1080(144hz) monitor, which my 280x won't be able to handle so I would love a new polaris card, also, gibe nao pls.
  10. I love the projector one of the best on the market right now, have been looking at cheaper ones as don't have much to get one with and i always somehow find myself drooling over the other, more expensive ones! haha
  11. So I've been looking at upgrading my PC for a while now...i have this topic- I have upgraded my gpu slightly as was a good deal(swap with 670 and some money) and I now have a r9 280x and I am considering a motherboard upgrade as I may have a use for my current mb/cpu but ONLY if it is worth it, so basically asking, upgrade to an i5 3570k or buy a new mb/6th gen cpu? (budget under £150 for 3rd gen and under £250-ish for 6th gen, willing to buy pre-owned)
  12. currently using my first mechanical keyboard, it's a Tesoro Excalibur Spectrum with Kailh Red switches and RGB backlighting and I can happily say I am so happy I made the leap up to mechanical!
  13. Basically, looking at getting a new mouse, the options I think I have narrowed it down to are the Corsair M65 PRO RGB (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B015ZK1XCS/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_2?pf_rd_p=569136327&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B00BCHGSWE&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=14NPNNCY1C06QSKR0D39) and the Corsair Sabre RGB (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B015ZK1XCS/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_2?pf_rd_p=569136327&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B00BCHGSWE&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=14NPNNCY1C06QSKR0D39). I would like it to be lightweight but comfortable (I mainly use a palm grip but occasionally fingertip) and good for general daily use as well as a wide range of Gaming (CS:GO to Starcraft to Minecraft), It also needs to be RGB. Price needs to be under £60 Any suggestions are welcome!
  14. I think I'll have a look around for one, I already use a corsair h60 so that should be fine, thanks!
  15. so a 3570k could probably be bought but 3770k might be a bit of a stretch
