Update the HDD and Ram if opening an app makes it unresponsive you probably have some kind of virus so see a tech specialist. and if you want a backlit keyboard just plug it into the usb port. hope that solves everything 

Since it is still fairly new I would reccomend the nvida website it probably has it there

yeah my cousin who introduced me to this website cant believe i modded my own computer and plan on building one even tech savvy people arent always in the know about these things

i have a moto G, the only thing i liked about apple were earpods, and the only thing i liked about samsung were their laptops.
 
and now apple is screwing with the audio jack, and samsung quit making laptops... i guess i can honestly say i dont want either one of them.
