Yeah it started a while ago, im always careful on what I download and always run malware and anti virus checks but I dont know what the issue could be.

That is the thing, when I am trying to play games like bf1, GTA V etc, I would have to play them at normal quality just to stay above 60fps

I guess if im going for a 1080 then I may aswell get a top range cpu to go with it

Yeah but I do intend to upgrade the cpu and monitor aswell so that I can fully utilize the 1080

I also currently have an i5 4690k which I do plan on buying a used 4790k, would that be a good idea or should I just go for a new chip like a Ryzen one.

Im buying a new graphics card but I cant decide between the 1070 or 1080, I can get the 1070 for £400 whilst the 1080 is only £90 more. The problem is, is it worth spending the extra £90. I currently use 1080p monitors which I know is overkill for the 1080. Which would you think is better, getting a 1070 with another 8gb of RAM or getting a 1080 for future proofing. EDIT: MSI are doing cash back so I would technically get the 1080 for around £450 and the 1070 for £370

I only play games at 1080p but I push most games for as much fps as I can since I have a 144Hz monitor

I have 8gb but yeah it seems to not be enough for some games

With my current rig, I feel that my 4690k is causing game stutter in gta and low performance in bf1. I was thinking about going for a 1600.

I am trying to find sites where I can sell items. The main site i know in the UK is ebay but it takes 10% which Id rather not have. Ive so far put it on gumtree and shpock. Can anyone suggest any other sites that I can post stuff on?

Yeah I was just thinking that so overall would be cheaper. I want to also get another 8GB of ram as it seems some games seem to crash from memory issues.

I was thinking about going for the 1600 but from reviews, the improvement is only slight
