use google remote, you will need a fairly good internet conection tho. I have done that to use my Ipad as a tablet for my macbook but it would also work for your pc. It easy and free, might as well give it a quick try

I would game a 1080p only, and yes the 7567 would be with an ips display. I just care about it being "future proof" for basic tasks and very light 1080p at 45~60 fps
