hey guys so i have a unfi dream machine pro, can i plug any brand of voip phone in and it will work?. Once my isp setups up the phone line im on a fibre to the premise connection and my provider will only provide voip. and will i need anything else or can i just plug the ethernet in and it should work btw i cant get a ubquiti voip phone in australia so thats why im seeking an ulternitive brand.

hey guys, I'm needing to run a vm of seed ubuntu for University and i have a 2017 13inch macbook pro which i have dual booted with windows 10. well my problem is i'm using virtual box 6.1 cause its free and well on windows the vm runs smooth and couldn't tell i'm using such a low spec machine, well as soon as i go over to mac and run the same vm with the same settings such as core allocation ram allocation etc it lags like crazy it feels like its running at 15fps its so horrible any one got any ideas???? thanks

hey guys, just wondering if there is any back up software that will automatically backup my files to my windows server. basically what i'm trying to do is i take my computer to university and instead at the end of each week copying the files over to my file server manually can be a slow process id like this software to just copy the files over automatically to my windows server at the end of each week. thanks guys

Chrome has remote access ive been using it for a bit now and its great, that or teamviewer is also a good one they are probably your easiest ways to be able to achieve your intended result that is one way. or you could use the built in remote access on windows if that's what you are using and forward port 3389 with your computers IP their should be some videos online for that but id recommend getting a program called no-ip and create a free domain and just downloads onto your computer and runs in the background and it also keeps your external IP up to date with your free domain. then you can connect using your domain or external IP in the app for your phone.
