This.  I don't know why you're so against AMD products, but even buying the most budget components, you're not going to be able to play GTA V for that price.

if you can take it apart without breaking it, that might be a good idea. This helps make sure all the moisture gets out. Afterwords, your mouse should run faster because it's charged with all those electrolytes.

I agree that a lot of games should not be played by 12 year olds if it's rated M, there are a lot of games that make light of violence. I don't have a problem with swearing or nudity in games, at 12 years old, chances are good those kids have constant interaction with swearing in school and they probably are well aware of nrop.

I can't say for sure, my experience is limited with PSU but if PCPartpicker says it'll only use 712 watts, 850 should be good too. I wouldn't go for a 750 though, that's really pushing it

650W is enough for any single-GPU config. 850W would be good if you were to add another 980ti later.
