  1. Just make sure you have the space on your SSD for the block chain. It's currently at 15GB and growing.
  2. Sweet! Report back if you can on temps/hashes if you end up with the non-reference cooling models!
  3. To OP, Instead of buying one 290(x) series card, I suggest buying two 280x's. I don't know what the 280x prices are where you live, but if you can find 280x's at $299-$349, that would be a better price/performance as you would get about 1.5Mh/s-1.6Mh/s combined, versus one 290x card at $600+ doing 900Kh/s. I have multiple 280x's and one 290x for mining. My biggest regret was buying that 290x for mining. Fortunately, I know I can sell it quickly.
  4. Mid 700's would be peak rates for a 280x. Don't go by the pool's indicator. Look what the average is on your miner for your true hash.
  5. Sorry to hear that man. I'm sure CM will take care of it for you.
  6. Good point. I didn't look close enough in the photo to notice any green bits. I just assumed the person thought the exposed copper color was rust.
  7. That's not rust. The fins are copper. What you're seeing is the actual copper that didn't get a splash of black paint. Quite normal.
  8. This has been my only issue with BF4. No registration/hit markers. It's even worse now after the PC update yesterday.
  9. I didn't say anything was wrong with recording at 60fps. I upload BF4 vids to YouTube all the time and since YouTube caps at 30fps, there's no reason for me to record at 60fps and take up uneeded space on my hard drives. Since I upload on a per round basis on BF4, I have no need to edit anything so not having to render down to 30fps would save time. Besides, why are you being such an ass about it? It's not even an issue about performance, it's a preference that a lot of YouTubers prefer.
  10. Now all they need to do is offer the option to record at 30fps so I can ditch DxTory. I'm happy they finally put in mic recording.
  11. It's preference. All of them work fine with differences generally from 1c-3c. I personally prefer MX-4 because it's easy to clean up whenever I take my stuff apart and it's non-conductive.
  12. I think you should have the unboxing WITH your review instead of a stand alone unboxing vid on the majority of the hardware. Maybe limit stand alone unboxing vids to big news items like high end video cards etc.
  13. That Leica M. Damn beautiful. If I was a collector and had the money....
  14. Well damn, too bad my local Microcenter hasn't had any in stock since the first week of release.
