Ok, here's new tests. I got this run a little bit faster. I don't know why, but somehow at last time when I installed windows (C drive swap) I had been set SATA configuration to run at IDE. Now I changed it to AHCI and it make some difference! Specially for the SSD. Though It's still far from theoretical maximum. (300mb/sec) But for normal disk, speed difference was almost nothing.
