And plz tell me a case in which i can do water cooling in future

In that case, just buy a new case when you actually start your water cooling build. Water cooling ready cases are generally pretty expensive, so just try going for a cheap case. 
Besides from that your build is pretty good. If you can get an RX 480 4GB for cheaper that is likely a better choice, although knowing prices in india that is unlikely. 
The current case you have isn't bad, you could probably build a water cooling system in that since there is room for a dual 120mm rad. 
Maybe look at phanteks enthoo pro, it's like the luxe except made from plastic, otherwise it's pretty much the same but with 30-40% lower price.

keep in mind that i want a white and blue build so i will paint the parts

1060 3GB is slower than 480 4GB

1060 6GB is on par with 480 8GB

Videos don't mean shit, the card has improved since release with driver updates

I don't see any reason to get nvidia over AMD unless you want the most power efficient card you can get, or are recording 1440p60+ videos, or use cuda acceleration.
AMD seems to perform just as well as nvidia with much better OpenCL acceleration support and better drivers (except for their OpenGL ones), with my Nvidia card I am stuck with old drivers because of stability issues while I don't see many people mentioning these issues on AMD.

Like all others said, get a rx 480 4 gigs if you're going to get a 3gb 1060.
