  1. Hello Im having a really odd issue. My home network is working on every other computer besides my Windows 10 gaming computer . I can log onto the network but I won't receive internet. After using my phone as a hotspot my gaming computer began receiving internet. Thanks for the help
  2. Hi Yesterday I bought a network adapter (tp link TL-wn881nd) for my Windows 10 pc and after installing the card and some 3rd party drivers that claim to be windows 10 compatible I have been getting the no internet issue. I can log into my router but my pc is not receiving and internet. Currently every other pc in my house is able to receive internet but my gaming pc dose not want to.I have called the retailer I bought this card form and he claims that the card is already windows 10 compatible and doesn't even need drivers. I suspect some setting on my pc is the problem. Please help Please help
  3. Hi Im having some strange issues with my pc. Whilst playing overwatch and talking to my friend via Skype i got another random display loss. It never use to do this a while back but now it is doing this constantly The most strangest thing as as the display loss happend I was able to still talk to my friend but of course the screen was black. A while back I switched switched around my motherboard because I thought that was a part of the problem and I was right. The tech team at the retailer store did find a problem with the pci slot for my previous mobo but now I have a new mobo I am still getting the same error and my VGA light won't turn off after boot. Would you say this is most likely a gpu or psu issue Thanks My gpu is a gigabyte 980 and my psu is a corsair rm 750
  4. Don't worry I have tested my monitor and cable. My drivers are up to date although my screen is now kind of misty after the update. When it happens I hold down the power button to turn it off then turn it on again and hope that the vga led will turn off after a few seconds. I generally just get no display and a constant VGA light though
  5. Im scared of pc over heating ( I use to game on a Dell inspiron that would always overheat whilst playing skyrim) so I don't overclock. my Psu is a corsair rm 750 Gpu is a 980 My mobo is a asus m5a99fx pro r2.0 My CPU is a fx 8350

  8. I know that you always should re apply thermal paste if you have taken off your heatsink but can you make an exception if the pc is only going to be on for about 10 seconds.. I'm testing if my mother board or CPU is fried and I have put my CPU into my spare mother board but I have no leftover paste Thanks for the help
  9. I have a spare mobo but the one currently in my rig is still in warranty. I use an ssd to boot from so I don't know if my hard drive could be the problem Thanks for the help anyway
