  1. most of the games i play average above 60 fps with 4k maxed no AA, if they don't hit that 60 threshold its around 50 to 53 fps, and gsync helps alot with the frame dips with a 1080TI tho
  2. No america doesn't need to just quit, are you going to rely on the police at 3am when someone bashes your front door down? or would you rather grab your shotgun/pistol that you have diligently trained with at the range and protect your family and belongings. no one will protect you but yourself the true issues with gun control is not many people have been around guns and understand them.
  3. no new automatic firearms can be made or purchased (imported) since 1968 this does not prevent grandfathered firearms wich average 10k to 15k usd not to mention the associated taxes. there is a loophole to this but it requires you either be a museum or a gun dealer with your SOT, FFL licenses at which you then can import or repair a "full auto gun" at a very hefty tax and expense this is just a generalization and is nowhere near as complicated as it is to get a new generation full auto weapon. the gun control issues stems from people not understanding guns, guns aren't the problem, people are. a gun will never kill anyone, the person utilizing it will and banning guns in such a mass market will not work because there are millions of weapons on the "black market" people don't follow the rules and honestly i could go on for days on why gun control will not work but i instead would rather see real solutions, such as teachers that are willing to carry and better equipped schools and officers. you never see anyone rob gun stores do you? but some aspects of gun control are good, for example the Gun Control Act (P.L. 90-618), a provision of which [18 U.S.C. 925(d)(3)], this basically bans full auto guns which is a good thing because 90% of gun owners do not know what to do with a full auto gun or what to do if it runs away. let alone most people are shit shots and adding full auto to that is just scary. sorry if this seems like a rant towards you but there is just so much miss information out there.
  4. that would be the angle of viewing, every monitor has a min and max viewing angles before color distortion is observed. old school TN panels are famous for this and IPS is known best for keeping colors correct at off viewing angles see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viewing_angle
  5. if it only happens when the screen has nothing to display ( all black) then it is simply back light bleed if you see that with a image displayed then its clouding
  6. normal for ips displays, especially the first gens
  7. best of luck, all we can do is wait for a driver update, even tho rolling back to 388.00 didn't do anything nor 388.31
  8. it seems changing the refresh rates has solved the issue for now
  9. so i am currently getting green bars that flicker and scroll fast in certain games while in full screen mode, it does go away when i switch to windowed (full screen) or just windowed. so far i have tried driver update driver fresh install driver rollback different monitor different hdmi cable different gpu swapped card to another pcie slot changed refresh rates, 50,59,60 so far the only games i have found that it does not do this in is rust and rocket league and star citizen, every other game that i have tried it happens in full screen mode only (fortnite, PUBG, ark) i have also tried bench-marking it and it does not happen in fur mark or valley bench (only 2 i have tested) i am at a loss on what to do next, ideas would be greatly appreciated. System specs
  10. so a random picture of a heat pump?
  11. https://www.rm-electrical.com/technical/motor-motor-current-charts/ that should help, note tho this is a generalization, all motors are built differently and have different power factors
  12. id be more worried about big companies such as Microsoft and apple watching my every move before the government
  13. people want security and peace of mind when it comes to terrorist style attacks, but don't want to be spied on? odds are they aren't even watching you, and if they are well i hope they like what they see lol edit: and defiantly be glad we are not like china or south Korea, everywhere you go you are on a camera somewhere
  14. i use the razer goliath speed edition, and i like it alot, works well with any mouse i have used on it and as far as it being water proof id say you have about 30 secs to cleanup after a spill before it starts to seep in (just tested).
