This is normal behaviour and should not concern you. The most likely cause for that large a cache is Chrome. If you can't use a different browser or close it, I suggest not worrying, because RAM is extremely fast storage and will generally not bottleneck anything when the cached data needs to be flushed to make room for something else.

This is an option. Warning: it is not for the faint of heart.

It has registered your hardware on Microsoft's activation servers, so when you connect to the internet it will activate.

Download it from Microsoft and use Rufus (just make sure you set the partition scheme to GPT or MBR for UEFI) or Microsoft's USB creation tool.

You made the bootable media as BIOS and trying to boot it as UEFI or vice versa, most probably.

I'm pretty sure that the HD 530 doesn't support 4k at 60Hz without using a DisplayPort converter, at least that is what this says.

Yup, just checked the Intel Ark for the 6700K and it doesn't support HDMI 2.0 on the iGPU.

If you have a valid product key it will dissapear when you connect to the Internet. You can right click "This Computer" and pick properties and at the bottom of the window you can choose to put in a product key.

That's a rare case (I've only seen it a small handful of times in my work experience), but a good point. Given OP's current dilemma with windows BSODing due to an inaccessible boot device (which was occuring prior to unplugging the secondary drive), I'd say that's more reason to redo the windows install from scratch without additional drives plugged in so the BCD and bootmgr files will all be loaded into their proper place on the SSD. Then, once that's done, removing any unneeded boot files from the secondary drive can be done within Windows.

So I've been messing with the old hag again today and finally solved the problem. I went into BIOS and set ''Initial Display'' to PEG and put in gfx card. Now windows installed normally.

This is going to sound super retarded... BUT I decided that I was done with trying to fix the drivers and such... So I updated to msX (windows 10), and for some odd reason (idk why) it automatically fixed all my drivers including my internet. Sooooooo Yeah. Now I just got the long process of installing all my apps and programs. And hoping that I put all my school work on OneDrive (as my old hard drive is just a paper weight at this point). And trying to get my bookmarks back.

I have experienced similar issues also on a Gigabyte motherboard. Try disabling the floppy drive in BIOS, also try installing from DVD. Alternatively, connect the SSD to a different computer and install windows, then swap it over. Not good practice, I know, but that is what I eventually had to do.

You can't easily get your product key but you can download the recovery image from Dell's support. It should pick up your Windows 8 key during setup so you don't have to enter anything.

Probably because there are so many small items. They may be located in various places on the disk and being copied to a further various locations.
