  1. There's this company called KZ that makes some great earphone/IEMs for the price. They're highest end ZS6 has 4 drivers but they are very bright and have strong trebles because it has two balanced armature drivers right near the ear but it also has good dynamic drivers that that give the basses really good rumbles. They have detachable cable as well as the ability to attach a Bluetooth cable instead. Metal housing and should fit most ears. And the company makes many more earphones at better prices that are said to be great as well. Since it from Chinese bran and they ship to pretty much every country. I got mine from GearBest. Might be a good option for you but I still recommend to check review to see if you like them,
  2. The only thing I got was a dbrand skin for 30% off but the delivery is delayed due to overwhelming sales
  3. The best bang for the buck I've seen is the Dell 7000 Gaming, especially when on sale
  4. Have you looked into the Dell 7000 Gaming Series? It's as budget as it gets without selling bad quality stuff, especially when on sale. If I were you, I'd just walk into the nearest Best Buy and pick a laptop from there.
  5. I was in the exact same position. I'm a music producer who was looking for a powerful PC on the go. I was going for the Razer Blade but my parents forced me to get the Surface Book instead. It handles FL Studio like a pro and video editing is not bad at all. Battery life is great (More than 40% after a heavy school day). It's great for class as you have the note taking features and it is light. I think it's very sleek. All metal body. In terms of gaming, it's okay. The dGPU (Custom Nvidia chip that is a 940m equivalent with 1GB of GDDR5) is great for running lighter games like Goat Simulator and Half-life but I use my Gaming rig for heavier games along with the occasional Steam In-home streaming. I thought 256GB in terms of storage wouldn't be enough but I still have over 120GB left and I've installed a lot of stuff. I didn't think I'd like it at first but the touchscreen is great for music and the ability to become a tablet is really nice. It's an option that you should consider.
  6. I'm pretty sure it's not that hard to put on the skins if you follow the tutorial properly
  7. My keyboard is the french-Canadian Acer one that Linus insulted in one of his server videos. My mouse is and Xtreme Gaming MMO and my "headset" is a pair of Skullcandy earphones and a two dollar mic that is useless for music production but gets the job done.
  8. Well I'm using the French-Canadian keyboard Linus insulted in one of his server videos... It's kind of not good, especially now that I've put it through many years of use...
  9. Sounds like you're looking for an Ultrabook. There are many options, like the ASUS Zenbook UX305LA 13.3-Inch Laptop (5th Generation Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Windows 10): Click here for Amazon link (While it's on sale) Dell also offers a few compelling options, including AMD APU laptops for some of that Radeon Core goodness (Also has Intel options): Take me to Dell Here is a good link to a video that might help you get started: Choosing a laptop can be hard, especially when on a budget. Good luck choosing the right one!
  10. I would really like a new keyboard. I'm still using the one included with my mom's computer. It's the French Canadian one that Linus graciously hated on in one of his server blog videos. But I don't have Twitter, so much for that! Great videos, though! Keep them coming. Gives me a reason to wake up everyday.
  11. Well, my 320 GB hard drive just died. SSDs seem nice but they are a bit too premium for my budget. I don't know how fast SSDs are but I would love to know. But then again, how fast can a i3-2120 running on integrated get?
