  1. I found this on wccftech.com If this is actually true, wow... efficiency!
  2. OK! So after taking a look at the Geforce website for some information about the new GTX 1080 being announced, i couldn't help but wonder over this picture, is it really going to be powered by one SINGLE 8 pin, if yes, how amazing they have made the power efficiency! According to videocardz.com they have say in their article:" Now, going back to GTX 1080, the leakers also claim to know display output configuration, which is DisplayPort x2, HDMI x1, DVI x1. Not only that, they also say that GTX 1080 has one 8pin power connector (so the maximum power consumption would not exceed 225W)." Thank you! 3. Okay so i'll have to setup a fan curve, if that doesn't help i will try to re-apply the thermal paste.
  4. Hello guys! I currently own an i7-5820k on an ASUS X99-A Motherboard, i was wondering what the "safe" temps for my CPU? The CPU is watercooled with an AIO which is the CM Nepton 240M (NO OC) My temps are about 40C idle and 60-70 load, i would like to know what i can do what to decrease the temps. (With the Silent configuration in AI Suite)
  5. Fractal Design Dynamic GP-14 vs Corsair AF140 Quiet edt. I am looking for a silent, yet effective exhaust fan, in the back of my case, it would be nice if i could get some reasons and so on. (I am new to building pc's and don't know sh*t about case fans) Sincerely Silas Rasch.
  6. Hello, i am currently on my way to building my FIRST ever custom built pc. I am going with the i7-5820k (6 core 12 threaded) I was wondering what gpu choice would benefit me the most. I have been considering buying a GTX 970 and then later buy another one. If ever needed another one. I am going to use the system for streaming, gaming, video editing etc. -Silas =)
  7. Hello, i am currently building a computer, i am although confused as to wich motherboard i should buy! The two motherboards i've been considering are the: MSI X99A SLI Krait Edition ASUS X99-A They both meet my current requirements, but the MSI board is just 35$ less expensive than the ASUS. Also my friend told me that the MSI boards tend to fail, and you will have to restart your computer. Although i will consider all suggestions
