I attended the first LTX back in 2017, flew there from the UK.
My observations were that the company is run by people who want to be serious but also want to have fun.
This means that personally opinions and biases can effect operations and processes detrimentally just as much as it can effect them positively.
You can't have the good parts without the bad parts, meaning you can't shoot down the way the company and individuals behaved as systematic problems if you also support their same behaviours in other situations. At best you can say this was an oversight or error that needs to be corrected.
 
I won the Auction for a broken 10tb hdd they used on their oil PC, at the time of winning I knew it was "Junk", now although I was actually able to repair it and still use it, this item shows LTT will sell "JUNK" willingly, and sometimes sell things that aren't junk unknowingly.
 
Having read several comments from people stating LTT sold it as "junk" egregiously, or maliciously, I say that is nonsense, and more specifically, don't attribute to malice what can as easily be attributed to ignorance; specifically there is a good possibility a number of these actions were due to a breakdown in information communication and not intentional acts of harm.

Do you mean you can get internet connectivity via ethernet?

My first suggestion is take a known working device from another computer and try it on yours, or alternatively, install you wifi adaptor into another machine and check it works.

Otherwise i think you have a dodgy installation and should do a fresh install if the hardware is working but you go no wifi.

Sounds to me like physical failure.
Your first mistake was continuing to use a standard machine that was highly unstable as this is not normal behaviour for a mass produced stock machine.
Try running smart diagnostics on the drive , it will probably have a fair few smart failures.

So I flew from the UK to Canada for LTX 2017, got to meet LMG peeps, explore LMG HQ mid construction and take in a snippet of Canada.
Whilst at LTX I thought it would be great to immortalize the event in a way no one else can, thus I present to you LTX 2017 as a video and as a Orthomosaic (360 photo sphere)

So on my visit to Canada, I brought along two of my drones and decided it would be interesting to try and scan LMG HQ into the digital relm.

There is a 2d and 3d scan represented here.
It is not the best quality because people kept moving around and also because i simply didn't get enough photos.

Cmon man, not cool.
The guy has a point, it just is not as relevant as he thinks it is.
There are people who will fly dangerously with their drones.
They will put them in situations that put others at risk, he doesn't know if i am a responsible flyer.
