Awesome, Thanks! Im downloading the Windows 7 HP right now and it says its 3.1 GB. Is that how much space its going to take on the USB?

Better safe than sorry is always the way to go, so you're fine! Your power cable for the motherboard is a 20+4 pin, which means it will work just fine. Your CPU power is 4+4, so that's fine too. It just looks like you only have a single 6-pin PCI-E power cable, so if you decide to upgrade to a better GPU, you'll need a new power supply. For now though? You're just fine!
