I'm messing around with the strix rgb using Aura sync. I'm trying to get back the default rainbow gradient setting that shows up when you first pop in the gpu. Which do you guys use? the aura sync or the crate? ( I've been messing with both and they both sucked tbh ) I didnt see any settings to get back the default rainbow gradient setting. also, idk what I did but I used to be able to change the rgb of the strix with iCUE. Now changing the gpu rgb isnt a option in icue anymore. Did i uninstall soemthing accidentally that I need for icue to connect to the strix? Edit: I have found the fix, pls delete thank you!

how do i know if i have the latest " vbios ". I did already updated the gpu driver to the latest.

Even on idle sitting at 43c the fans seem always been running at 1000 rpm. I have a Lian li mesh 2 , the air flow is great and everything is staying cool in the PC. Is it normal for it to always spinning even on idle temp? I can't seem to change the fan curve on in MSI afterburner either.

As the title said. Every time I change the audio output option, the rgb on my asus 3080 would flicker really quick. it seem like its resetting itself?. When I change the Corsair ICUE rgb profile for the whole case , the rgb on the asus 3080 would reset the rgb color back to white whenever I change audio output option any advice on how I could fix this?

I've notice this with my ssd and m.2. 860evo 1tb, but only show 931GB as free. where are the other 69gb? same thing with my ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1 TB M.2, showing 953 gb free. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

I just did a fresh install of windows since I got a new mobo and new ryzen 5 5600x. I have downloaded the B550 chipset, I using gigabyte 550 vision D. I'm pretty sure everything is up to date but I do not have the ryzen power plan option. anyone know why? EDIT: nvm, 5000 series doenst come with Ryzen power profile

ok so I dont have a real reason to switch but I got lucky and picked up a rog rtx 3080 white strix. and most of the stuff in my PC is already white/black and I happened to saw the Vision mobo on my way out of micocenter and just decided to pick it up.

Hi , so I currently using Gigabyte B550 AORUS PRO AC. I want to change it out for Gigabyte b550 Vsion D. Is there any way I can save my windows 10 and everything in my m.2 ssd to the new motherboard? or would I have to install everything over again?

i actually have that on my D15s, and its an amazing air cooler. but its a little too bulky for my taste. Its hard to work around the big headsink when i want to take out the GPU or switch up fans on top of the case.

So I scored a Asus strix 3080 white edition. and I want a nice and cleaner white/black build. Currently using Noctua 15s and I think I'm ready for my first AIO. What are some white aio would you recommend? are those the only psu you can get your hands on? I would try and go with a 850w psu at most for a 3080. it is recommended that you would need at least 750w for 3080 some model recommend 850w. and would try to get 80+ gold instead of the bronze.

as the title said, is it normal that my cpu is idle at 4.0-4.1 Ghz? while my base speed is only 3.59 GHz. my power plan is ryzen balance.

okay i dont know about 5800x but I did have the same problem with my r7 3700x. your set up seem to be fine so does your cooler. I would add another fan to the top though. You should go into your bios and checck the Core voltage that your cpu is running. If its on auto, it will spike up and down. from my experience ( my 3700x, it spike from 48-65 , randomly ) and its annoying when you have your fan curve set up. I fixed it by setting my Core voltage to manual at 1.300v. it was on auto and it was running hot with the spikes. with the fixed manually core voltage, my temp has been stable at 37-45 idle and 55 under load. You can test the core voltage best for your cpu, no harm nor performance lost under voltaging your cpu.

I have a b550 aorus pro ac mobo and it has 2 " D_LED1 " pin for led fans/strip. I want to buy these Kaze Flex fans x3 , Will this splitter work on those fans and I could change the rgb colors of the fans as well? thanks

I just upgraded to 2080 from 2070. I had no problem with msi afterburner before until I start usin git with 3080. I uninstalled msi AB when I got the new 3080 and reinstalled it. for some reason, I the fan curve window wont pop up when i right click it. Should I be using the beta version or something? thanks.

I"m currently trying to switch my PC cases from nxzt 510 to the Lian Li Lancool 2 mesh. I"m kinda stuck on the RGB fan part. Where would I plug the 3 rgb fans , 3 pin into? My mobo is the B550 Aorus pro ac. It has VDG header and 12V rgb header. I want to control all 3 fans rgb at the same time using the case rgb controller that came with, Would I need this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QPYSC82/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_xPhgFb4PQCD3R . I would just connect the 3 fans rgb into that splitter and connnect the splitter to the RGB header in my mobo?

I'm want to upgrade my case for better air flow ( currently have nxzt 510i ). I have decided to go with P400A, even though its kinda outdated looking but I want the best of the best air flow for my current build. As for the front rgb stock fans that comes with the P400a, is it any good? should I just replace it with nocuta/ LL120? thanks!

I'm running windows 10 version 20H2, latest version. everytime my window boot up , it reset the power option to " Balanced ( recommended ) " when I want it on AMD Ryzen Balanced. How can I fix this?

I think thats what I will do. I'm thinking of getting the Fractal Meshify C since it has great reviews of air flow, was either that or the popular P400a. You think the Corsiar LL 120 still good in 2020? I'm trying to find the quietest fan with good air movement. Dont really care about RGB anymore.
