so my ram usage is very high and i dont know why.i restarded pc and closed steam and all programs,but ram is still 7gb which is a lot cause i was playing codbo3 and pc ram was 13gb outta 16. any answers will be nice

yes 3 seperate drives and i want to clean install windows 10 and install to C which is ssd and also format D to remove junk

i5 6500 16gb ram rx 470 8gb vram 650w corsair psu pc has very slow performance in windows and in google chrome(my brother opens pc starts discord then watches youtube video and at the end of the video pc freezes and he presses reset button,he tells me everyday it does this. i open pc go to facebook and some times weird artifacts are showing or its not rendering like it should.i start pc and some times it shows the windows loading screen and stuff and then the monitor gets no signal,i try to unplug and plug hdmi or try different one no solution except reset button,today i had to reset the pc 5 times cause either no screen,or it would not past windows loading screen. i have 3 drives C which is ssd and has windows,D which is where i put games,and F which is drive for photos and as a backup. i want to format C and D but don't want to delete F how do i do that,i have windows 10 1803 and i want to do it today cause its so bad performance plz answer quick

so my father has the meizu mx5 but because the screen is missing and some people told us that its bad due to the radiation and stuff he bought the meizu m6 note and he wants to give me the mx5 but we don't really know if its healthy to use it with the missing screen.is it safe?

i have this monitor LG 23MP68VQ-P and i want to clean the monitor but i have bought this q connect pc & laptop screen cleaning wet wipes and my question is,the box of the wipes says that it contains :1,2-benzisothiazol-3 (2H)-one,chloromethylisothiazol-3-one,methylisothiazol-3-one are this chemicals safe to use in my monitor or it will make it worse?

i will try first veryfing game data then if it doesn't work i will reinstall it then i will come with the conclussion.thanks

i will try reinstalling it but do you thing that i may have a bigger problem ?

so for about a month i have my new gaming pc and it works great but when i play assassins creed syndicate sometimes it crashes and says acs.exe has stopped working then i start the game and after a while it shows me a blanc red screen and i can only restart the pc also in other games it works great .i havent overclocked nothing and the gpu is on the latest driver and this problems only happens on acsyndicate pc cpu i5 6500 gpu rx 470 msi gaming x 8gb 16gb ram mobo h170m pro4s asrock rm 650x corsair psu windows 10 64bit

i will play open world games on very high or max settings on 1080p and the games will probably going to play at 50 to 60 fps or maybe even more but i have a budget of 300 euros and its enough for a 144hz monitor but i want it to be with a ips panel to have better colors and with freesync so it wont have screen tearing and that kind of problems
