Suggestion 1: Don't put things like IMPORTANT! in your subject line.  It makes people remember all the email spam they get.

Suggestion 2: Have you tried resetting your BIOS/CMOS? Usually the default option is Auto on display priority.

Also, if you have a setup with multiple monitors, make sure all your monitors are on.  On my system for example, the POST details and prompt to enter BIOS (and the BIOS screen itself) only show on the monitor connected to HDMI, not DisplayPort.

Yes (through virtual machine), but you shouldnt. The point of having a multi-socket board is to run multiple CPUs in a single operating system. If you're gonna split them into two anyway, why not buy a single socket board instead? Much cheaper that way, and less work in setting them up.

Upgrades: Highly recommend getting hard drive when you buy the PC instead of it being an upgrade.

The problem with that is that you're essentially asking one private platform to take action on behalf of different private platform.
It basically like Blizzard banning player from Overwatch due to questionable behavior on Twitch, YouTube or Twitter.
Why should a distasteful tweet lead to a strike against his YouTube channel?
Should it affect his Twitter account? Perhaps. As long as what he did is against Twitter's ToS, then I see no issue with that.

Credit to @Starelementpokeand @Energycore for helping out with this long-awaited refresh of the old PSU tier list by Aniallation (who previously went several months without logging in), leaving the old list in need of help. This is simply an update of the list that was flawed in creation by the PCMR subreddit and in dire need of a refresh.

This list is subject to change as new PSUs come out on a regular basis and standards may change or issues with units on the list may develop. A list of PSUs awaiting a tier on this list is at the bottom.

You have DDR3 memory selected, however your motherboard and CPU require DDR4 memory. They're not compatible with each other.
    You don't need a 750W PSU. Get a Corsair CX450M instead.

Edit: Here's a PCPartPicker list with the RAM and PSU fixed.

You could save a bit of money by changing to a different motherboard. You're really paying a premium price for the wifi versions. If you don't need wifi, or you have a PCIe wifi network card, then you can save $30+ by swapping motherboards.

Instead of snipping however, go and pull the fan plug from the GPU board in case you want to reattach it later.
