      Firewrath9

Yeah especially with all the ram and the gigabit nic

the sas drives are a bit useless tho as ssds are faster.

I did a status recently, pricing my current Xeon rig. I don't know if a comparison could help, but feel free to have a go at it...

Prediction: RTX Cards Are Barely Faster Than Pascal

I'm seeing intel refresh level improvements, if that. This is mainly a push for devs to use Ray tracing more, after which the cards will fully shine.

    Samsung's AKG headphones problem

Go on ebay; take a look. OEM ones are going for about 5 bucks, max 16. Remember that almost anything bundled usually means it's not that good. Not only that but AKG's quality in general has been going down a lot in recent years.

    Samsung's AKG headphones problem

That's a problem with all cheapish earphones.

Any 3rd party mouse apps, That work for DPI?

Can you not just turn pointer speed down in control panel?

    Random Stutters

I think you forgot to put the amount of RAM you have. Also - go play/stress test the CPU with MSI afterburner's overlay running. From then on it should be easy.

What would be a decent upgrade?

Wait a week. Then ask this question again.

Looking for Something to Capture Digital Audio Sources

You could probably using a Coax to USB TV recorder, and then just splice the sound off when needed. Or maybe a you can make your own Coax to 3.5mm and plug the 3.5 into your mic jack.

Can I use a 450va UPS for my 600W PSU PC?

Doesn't really matter what UPS you use (at least on a daily basis). So long as there's enough time to shut down safely you're all fine.

    Monitor needed

Have you tried going on PCPart picker yet?

    I need game suggestions

    Watchdogs 1/2?

A new install made it worse??

Do you have the right GPU drivers? You can try to get some older versions too, sometimes the updates result in lower framerates. Also - why do you need 160 fps? I doubt your display can display that much.

    Were to plug fans in?

CPU fan goes into mobo. From then on, you would want to plug as many as you can into the fan controller.

Graphics card for video editing (premiere pro)

There's a reason why content creators need dGPUs, and that's to accelerate rendering in some situations. The fastest would be a good CPU and GPU. For your purposes a 1070ti should work just fine.
