Yeah especially with all the ram and the gigabit nic

the sas drives are a bit useless tho as ssds are faster.

I did a status recently, pricing my current Xeon rig. I don't know if a comparison could help, but feel free to have a go at it...

  2. I'm seeing intel refresh level improvements, if that. This is mainly a push for devs to use Ray tracing more, after which the cards will fully shine.
  3. Go on ebay; take a look. OEM ones are going for about 5 bucks, max 16. Remember that almost anything bundled usually means it's not that good. Not only that but AKG's quality in general has been going down a lot in recent years.
  4. That's a problem with all cheapish earphones.
  5. Can you not just turn pointer speed down in control panel?
  6. I think you forgot to put the amount of RAM you have. Also - go play/stress test the CPU with MSI afterburner's overlay running. From then on it should be easy.
  7. You could probably using a Coax to USB TV recorder, and then just splice the sound off when needed. Or maybe a you can make your own Coax to 3.5mm and plug the 3.5 into your mic jack.
  8. Doesn't really matter what UPS you use (at least on a daily basis). So long as there's enough time to shut down safely you're all fine.
  9. Have you tried going on PCPart picker yet?
  10. Do you have the right GPU drivers? You can try to get some older versions too, sometimes the updates result in lower framerates. Also - why do you need 160 fps? I doubt your display can display that much.
