  1. I don't know why everyone is suddenly talking about sentient AIs when this has absolutely nothing to do with that. Their model/NN is still super specialised in that it can only do one thing: predict a network architecture for a given task. Of course this task could be to predict the best structure for itself and I would expect that they've messed around with doing that but I can't seem to find any mentions of this online. Frankly, what they're doing here isn't revolutionary in the slightest in that they're still using the neural network like it's always been used, as an optimisation tool. We are still far far far from a general intelligence. Also guys stop using the term AI to talk about this, this is pure machine learning not artificial intelligence
  2. I wouldn't go over 1.4v. Heck I have my own 4690k at 4.4 @ 1.25v and I'm already hitting 75c on the hottest core on OCCT. There's a good thread in the guide section that details 4690k ocing with safe temps and voltages, check it out
