I was thinking that but no matter what i did it wouldnt come off -
Today while replacing the old thermal paste on my cpu with some newer icy diamond thermal paste, I noticed a odd ring around my cpu block. At first i thought it was just more thermal paste so i tried scrubbing it off as i was already but it wouldnt come off. Then i noticed it looked almost like how water stains metal over time. Does anyone know what this is and if it is bad?

I know its in the bios but the manual is crap and doesn't explain shit and the bios on here has no exact thing called Secure Boot under security settings. -

Didnt work wont read any cd or usb i put in.

I was building my new pc last night got it up and running and while i was downloading the new drivers it said it needs to restart for a windows driver to be installed. So i then allowed it to restart but as it was posting it then blue screened and said launch with repair (recommended) so i did of course. But then it said i need to install windows 7 with a CD now because it was configured wrong. What do i do? NOTE i dont have windows 7 on a CD so i cant just plop one in.
