    I meant in the context of a psu it's more likely to fry components than start a fire. That coolmax went through the same tests and still blew up at its set wattage.

    I would be more worried about frying my brand new system than burning my house down. Someone puts something like this in a 500w system and that's it,no more cheap gaming pc.

    The competitive side of me says "No please don't i have enough bad teammates as it is." But the logical side of me says "Hey whatever i started playing cod at 9 and i turned out just fine." I say turn off the chat and let him,although ask your parents first(Just show them what it is with the chat off). Games are what got me interested in computers in the first place. So i think they do more good than harm.

    I would say the generation of phones around when the Galaxy s3 came out. I noticed a pretty big difference in phones like it compared to phones like the s2. Probably because they started cleaning up the ui more.

    I believe the 5c doesn't have as good security measures,pretty sure someone explained in one of these topics but it isn't as hard as other Iphones.

    Made mine out of some felt i had laying around,made the bottoming out sound a lot more bearable. Don't think they are as quiet as if i used o-rings though. Nice compromise i guess.

    You could try having vents similar to something like an h440. Where it intakes from the sides and bottom so the front can stay solid. (Edit) Also my votes on the red.

    Did you use a pcie extender cable to mount the gpu? If so iv'e been looking for a good one.

    I think they might gain some in gpus but i don't think the cpu market will change much unless we see something like an 8 core with haswell ipc at the price of an 8350.

    How exactly is an ultrawide a "tv cut in half"? Personaly I don't want black bars on the top and bottom of my screen,therefore giving me even less screen real estate. So no an ultrawide is not a "con" its literally just a wider monitor,some people don't want a massive 50" screen sitting on their desk.

    So after a little looking i found a jonnyguru review of the 500 w1 and it seems alot better than i first expected. Think i'm going with the ssd.

    So in the next few days I'm going to be spending about $80 on either a new psu or an ssd. I'm currently using a hdd as a boot drive and my psu is an evga 500w w1. So both are in a position to really need an upgrade. Also for the psu i'm looking at a Seasonic M12II 620. Any suggestions on a better psu for about that price?

    Maybe pick up something like an i3 4170(i think that's correct) used until you can get the 4690k. That said if your saving anyway you might as well just get an i7 or xeon later instead of an i5.

    That's why i said "i've",i also never mentioned max settings. That being said i haven't found anything i have to turn down yet.
