Idk it's only on that game, and well I guess playerunknown but I think that is a optimization issue. CS for instance gets pretty much capped 300 fps so idk.

I currently have one but in wild lands on low with my 970 I get 30 fps max. So that's why I'm even considering, as I don't want that to become a trend with other newer games

How does either of those things pertain to this.

Currently I am rocking a B85 motherboard. 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM with a E3-1241v3 and a GTX 970. I am am considering upgrading to a 1080, or a DDR4 motherboard, 16GB 2133 MHz RAM (for now) and a I7-7700. Should I upgrade the GPU or the rest first for 1080p 144hz gaming.

I recently upgraded from my i5-4460 and was curious about how much a fair price would be for selling it locally in my town. I would be including the CPU, Fan, and some thermal paste. I've used it for a year. And I have never had any issue with it.

Do you know of any cheaper end Z87 Boards?

I currently have a LGA 1150 mobo and will not be able to upgrade it. Being that my board is also B85 (no overclocking) this said should I go with the I7-4790 (locked) or the I5-4690K. I might want to stream some CS:GO but not much more with my GTX 970.
