Get a streaming device (apple TV/firestick/chromecast) that does HEVC so the NAS don't have to handle transcoding. Then you can get even the cheapest NAS available. I'm not saying you should get the cheapest NAS, but then it does not mater that much for streaming. The NAS should only serve the file to the device via DLNA/PLEX or other, and the device will decode the movie.

What resolution are you running at? 1080p should be fine but 4k might be a problem...
