you should look for an intel i5-4460/4590 or i5-6400/6500 instead...the AMD CPU's are old, inneficient and slow and there is no point building one at this time the AM3+ socket is old and lacking modern technologies and the AMD FX CPU,s have very low per core performance which will hit your performance a lot.

It is hyperthreaded so as much as there are only 2 physical cores, software treats it as 4 cores so you get none of the compatability issues sometimes experienced in duals. The i3s single core performance is about 90% better than the FX-6XXX in testing which is what really matters in most games. Unless you are doing high volumes of encoding there is no point in going for an FX-8XXX as the i3 beats in in every other field. FX-6XXX was good on release but it hasnt been updated in ~5 years and even the entry level intel chips are pulling well ahead of it.

So, Microsoft started an AI chatbot program that was meant to "entertain and engage" with people over the internet.
 
Apparently Microsoft forgot, that the internet is a wholly toxic and destructive place, when it comes to comedy and social media. Their new AI/chatbot was taken down, after it had apparently learned to be racist.
 
It is worth pointing out, that a lot of it was simply users trying to get the chatbot to repeat what they had just said.
 
I find this funny. Not because of what was being parroted by the chatbot, but simply because a bunch of trolls can completely derail a project by a multi-billion dollar corporation.

They laser the cores off. More often than not because they were defective. And microcode is encrypted.
 
ACC worked because they didn't laser the cores off. Although they dropped it in the 9xx chipsets. ACC existed because AMD made it exist.
