    I really doubt it is the monitor, try the PC on a TV or a different monitor if that doesn't work then you are fucked. You can get a cheap Graphics Card and see if you can even get a display from the PC. Try all slots on the monitor DVI-I, DVI-D, VGA, HDMI.... if one works and the others don't, I blame dead slot! Try all the slots from your Mobo
