  1. w what does he mean in the graph with r260x low and r260x high?
  2. how high is the increase in fps if im about to switch from 1866 ram to 2400 ram.. is it worth it to switch from 1866 to 2400? my build APU - amd a10 7870k mobo - g1 sniper a88x RAM - 4gb 1866 hyperX
  3. I always have multiple chrome tab open while playing games.. which i cant do now with 4gb of ram.. will 8gb of ram be enough? plus the slots for 2 extra ram will be useless
  4. oh.. so maybe i'll just buy 3 more sticks of 1866 RAM and save up to buy a dedicated graphics card like hd7870 or r9?
  5. yeah im also thinking about r7 260x but if i buy that i wont be able to buy another ram.. my system is bottlenecking on 4gb of ram when playing games.. and there are games that wont run in just 4gb of ram
  6. so in crossfire I dont need a higher ram frequency? meaning its the same performance whether I use 1866 or 2400 in crossfire?
  7. My current setup is.. APU - a10 7870k Motherboard - g1 sniper a88x RAM - 4x1gb hyperX 1866 What is more effective.. replacing RAM with 16gb 2400 c10 or buying an r7 250(for crossfire) and another 4x1gb hyperX 1866.. Do i need higher frequency RAM if I'm about to use crossfire?
  8. ok thanks! this was very helpful I was about to settle to 2133 ram.. because I do not have experience in overclocking and when I saw 2400(OC) in my motherboard specs I was afraid to overclock.. if I fail to overclock it will still read the 2400 ram as 2133 right?
  9. oh sorry I was looking at the overview tab.. lol.. so if I get a 2400 I just have to enable the profile and it's all set? do i need a good cooling system for that?
  10. does amd motherboard support XMP profiles? if i buy 2133 memory there's a possibility that it cant reach 2400?
  11. my mother board support 2400(OC) but im not sure how to overclock do i need 2133 or 2400?
