  1. Q : Can the router that act as a bridge give out wireless internet connection just like what an access point does?
  2. Hi guys, i was thinking of getting an Asus RT-N66U and replace its antenna to 7 dBi antenna. Furthermore, place the router right infront of the position that my friend's computer is located at. Is it a good idea? me and my friend is 80m away from each other.
  3. Its alright. It was awesome but then the signal might still be poor :( But still, thanks for giving me suggestion I apologize for not stating the question clearly. I heard of this setup too!!! *high five*, but my friend says that do not go for this setup as setting it up was a pain. As a result a give up on this setup. :( Is there any other solution that you can give to me :( Cos im pretty new to this, But still, thanks for giving me suggestion Yes yes, I agree with you about Ubiquity product. So yea, I was thinking of getting on of the PicoStation M. but im not sure whether it is a good choice or no. maybe you can give me your opinion about this? It was a good set up, but I cant set it up outdoor :( But still, thanks for giving me suggestion I apologize for not stating the question clearly.
  4. Where's the building that i am in, and where in relation your friends are to you? A friend of mine is staying right in front and same floor of my building with zero item in between the building that can block the signal. Do i have line of sight of the destination? Yes, i do have a sight of the destination building as there's zero item that block the view between our building. In addition, I can only set it up indoor (inside my house). :(
  5. Hi guys, basically i would like to set up a WLAN for me myself and one of my friend that are staying right infront of my building which is 90M away from me. 6. Hi guys, im pretty new to networking and stuff. so yea, bear with me. So guys, the first thing that I would like to ask is that, how do we know that the router support 802.11 a/b/g/n? and I have read some article about 802.11 a/b/g/n. It stated that "802.11a" need highest cost. what doest it mean? does it means that we have to pay more for the router that support 802.11a ?
  7. Alright, Thanks for the useful information.

  11. Hi guys, I would like to seek for you guys reason in detail on why I should picked up Intel i5-4670k and MSI Z87-GD45. Based on : Price wise , Important feature wise , Physical interface wise , and Technical specs wise. Hope you guys can help me with this, As all the pc components that I have picked is based on the recommendation that was given by fellow Linus-er. SevantynauG :)
  12. Alright, will consider on it. erm, how about the gd-45 ? its looks pretty decent and cheaper.
  13. That looks pretty decent. but well, I decided to go for 2 770s 4GB instead as what most of the people say, " RAM does matter a lot "
  14. For the case, im looking for those eye catching cases that looks like a cases. Yes, for the Fractal Design Define R4 and Corsair 650D it looks pretty plain. :( but that was i nice case tho. .
  15. Ohh, that's the advantage of IPS monitor. Now i learned new thing, thanks to you. Therefore, i'll stick to your recommendation. :)) That was a great information! If let's say i would like to take down the Cooler master case, what brand and type of the case would you recommend me to have one on my budget ? Alright noted. As for bluetooth i'll just go for a cheap one as what you said and for Wi-fi i'll go for ASUS PCE-N53 as AC66 is way too expensive. Thank you so much man. Wish to gain more knowledge from you!!! thank youu ^^
