Heyo. Was wondering if there were any programs out there that are like Speccy for monitoring components. Has to be free. The reason I am looking for an alternative is because there are certain things about speccy I don't like. Wow. Since certain people on this post like to portray they have some sort of knowledge on something they obviously don't, I'll add another bit. Csgo is a very CPU bound title, meaning in almost all cases, the better your CPU, the better your FPS. This doesnt mean you can have a GT 730 and an i5 6600 and still get that constant 144fps but it does mean that you can go lighter on the GPU with a 1050ti and beef up the CPU to something like an i5-6500 and still get very good FPS. To the comment ablut CS not being for casuals, you're probably Nova. ggwp

Not sure what card or other system specs you're running now because you haven't posted them, nor have you given a budget but: CSGO is a very easy game to run and imo ultra settings isn't really worth it but to each his own. A 1050ti could easily push 144fps on cs.

4.4 @1.325. Anything more on the core is unstable in Overwatch and BF1/PUBG. 4.6 is the highest anything will work and thats CSGO.

Your list is flawed. An RX 470/570 can do 1080p high with almost no problem at all. Also for most of the games he's playing, a 1050ti (which you seem to not remember its existence) would be sufficient seeing as he wants to play on high and maybe a setting or two medium.

Instability maybe? Try using 4.6 and see if the same thing happens.

This is literally the "I'm not racist, I have black friends" argument. While your heavily oc'd 480 scores a bit higher than a reference 980, saying that "my 480 is better than a 980" implies that your 480 is better than all 980s which isn't true at all. I'm sure most, if it all, 980s would mop the floor with your card.
