need fps counter for windows

    If it's for steam games steam has a built in on under the intake settings.

     

    If it's another game or something not steam you can add it to steam and it will work. or use fraps or msi afterburner

    i meant for actual windows.. life chrome and desktop. guessing it would be capped at the monitors refresh rate though lol

    I've only ever had FRAPS work for that and it was only if GPU rendering was used with something like OpenGL.

    Yes you can use fraps to see FPS in the desktop and in applacations. That's why I included it xD
