I managed to get mine stable at 4.5GHz/1.3v. Your mileage may vary.

Silicon lottery, you might be able to run VERY high, but then again, you might have a really poor chip...

I can use my screen thru the GPU but on 800x600 yes and if I try to install the drivers the screen gets 1080p but it is BAD (see the link) but only when I got the driver installed...............not when I delete the driver, then it's fine...........

For all intents and purposes it has 3.5GB of VRAM, simply because once you hit 3.6GB, you framerate goes to hell because that last 512MB is slower than christmas.
