Only problem with a "gaming headset" is usually they have a built in mic, which I don't need bc I have a blue Yeti. I might just get a pair of Cloud II's or smth idk yet.

Closed, I prefer the leather on the HyperX Clouds to the soft, fuzzy ones (so the pleather I think).

Hey all my original hyperX clouds have been acting up lately (certain angles on the cable going into the headset cause it to only work in the right earcup etc so I figured they're probably on their way out. Looking for something to replace them, preferably not too expensive. Doesn't need to be a "gaming headset" but has to have decent sound and a decent soundstage as well. Doesn't need to have a mic as I'm using a blue yeti, but as I have an audio pass through through the yeti, it must use a 3.5mm jack. Thanks for any help you can provide!

UPDATE: My 980ti now performs better at 3440*1440 then it did at 1080p with seemingly no changes. uhhhhh nvidia machine broke. anyways thanks for all the help everyone!

in HWMonitor? I'm not quite sure, I'll figure out a way to set them up. The only graph I keep open on afterburner is GPU usage %. I'll tinker with it a bit after work and see what I can get.

No and no. Not that I've noticed at least. At almost all times while using pc I keep the CPU and GPU usage meter in view on my second monitor though.

4770k @ 4GHz. I have rainmeter up on my second monitor and in game usage is usually ~60% on average. OFC sometimes it jumps up and such.

I just had HWmonitor open on my second monitor (running on iGPU) and watched the +12v in HWm on my mobo. Mind you I don't really know what to look for, but it stayed between 12.144V and 12.056V throughout the whole test, which I'm assuming is good? See above.

well iirc my psu is semi modular, the connectors are 6+2. I might have confused the adapter part with another pc build. It's been a while since I've opened up my own pc.
