Yeah, when I spilled on my keyboard I managed to dry it off right away and let it dry for a couple days. It's weird because the button stick happens very seldom (usually in GTA V once every 6 hours I'd say). Might've just been unlucky, I expected it to die honestly. Other then the price (ugh) and the keycaps it's been p good.

I'm using a Razer Blackwidow, it's nice and works well but the keycaps are bullocks and can't change them because of custom layout bottom row :^( I also spilled water on it. Still works, but sometimes key inputs stick until I hit them again.

The Asus laptops are aight. I have one. Build quality is meh. Performance is decent. Probably what @don_svetlio suggested will you better bang for your buck.

Well I mean, I don't know the difference. I just know the yeti is a p nice mic and I got it for a steal new on amazon (like 50% off), have yet to use it much because of said issue. Also this:

Without the shock mount or anything it'll pick up someone dropping a bag at the back door like 20m away. Even with the gain down. It's ridiculously sensitive. If I'm talking to people I have to type real quiet like and I can't move my arms around too much on my desk. Will be very nice to have a mount for it. Thanks for the recommendation on the arm tho, I was lost on that one. Was just looking at some random 25 CAD one on amazon lmao. Although to be honest, would I even need the shockmount if it was mounted like in the image below?

yeah well iirc shit was good for the most part when it came to oil until recently. Didn't plan ahead enough. that's most politicians mind you, they're worried about the next <6 years and less about the next 20 or 30.

Canada doesn't have a lot other then oil tbh. I wouldn't put it as completely his fault, there's not much else to do here. There's some uranium and some trees some metals and some oil. Well Canada to US is cheap from what I've heard, but opposite is expensive for whatever reason.

The mic is p expensive, I don't wanna have my jerry rigged mount drop it and smash the thing. I'd much rather waste my hard earned money on a mount for it. More concerned about the arm tbh

I can only hope. Import into Canada is expensive. Cost me like 20$ for a poster and 2 tshirts (US >import> Canada). I really hope it's not too bad. Not to mention CAD is p low rn.

Title. Only shockmount I've been able to find is the really goddamn expensive one sold by Blue/ And I just am wondering what kinda of sockets and stuff arms use and would they work with the shockmount or w/e for the mic. Thanks for any help, I suck at audio stuff.

Had the same thing, straight up kinda faded in and out then it stopped working entirely. Probably was the removal/insertion of the mic in the socket and it eventually gave up. I think that's what happened. No idea if that's true or not.
