it's not just the iphone i have compared it with a samsung galaxy s20 fe 5g even that display displayed the hdr video properly. atleast it came close to the iphone whereas mine doesn't

Hello... don't know if it's the correct thread to discuss on this topic still I'm trying my luck...I have a Xiaomi 11T Pro which has HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support. Recently I got a chance to watch few HDR videos on my friends iPhone 15 and I noticed that its very different from what I see on my phone. I tested a video that is https://youtu.be/LXb3EKWsInQ Here in the very first scene I noticed that the clouds on the left has so much details in them which is not present in my phone. Mine just blows the highlights. I even downloaded this video and played it offline through Just Player and MX Player and I got the same results, highlights are blown and shadows lack details and this is happening with many other videos I tested. I even changed the display color scheme from standard to vivid and got the same results. Right now I'm at loss, I realised that for the past year and a half all the HDR movies and videos that I have watched wasn't properly displayed on my screen. What I want to know is whether there's a fix for this? Is it a hardware issue or is it something else? How can I get my phone to play HDR videos without blowing out highlights and properly display them. Also when I play HDR videos be it offline or on youtube my display gets slightly bright and it turns yellow. If anyone knows any workaround please help

Hi, Today evening I installed a different ram from one of my friend. Right now I got 2*3200mhz Corsair stick with XMP profile on and its working fine. I installed my G.Skill ram again and the problem returns. It looks like I have to change my ram now. What do you say? Is it concluded that my ram is faulted or do I need to check something else?

Just a while ago I turned on my computer like usual and was installing valorant (I haven't played it in a while) the installation process was going smoothly when suddenly my PC froze. Alt+f4 didn't work nor was I able to bring up the task manager...my caps lock wasn't working either and because I was listening to music the headphone suddenly went brrrrrrrrr like a audio distortion of some kind. I pressed the restart button and tried restarting then suddenly a BSOD came up saying "page fault in nonpaged area" anyways the pc restarted but it didn't display anything...since then I have tried restarting it couple of times but there's no display and I know it's stuck because all my fans on the case my cpu cooler and the gpu fans are spinning at max speed which happens only for a few seconds when I turn on my PC then it all goes to normal and I have my GPU fan in auto where it turns on only on load. Now I switched my ram from the second slot to the fourth slot and it still won't give my a post. I have only 1 ddr4 8gb ram stick running at 2400mhz. I noticed that both the EZ debug led from the top on my MSI B350 gaming plus motherboard are on. I checked the motherboard manual it's the CPU and the DRAM that have turned on. So what now? Please help!

I figured it out.....it's written on the motherboard itself.....I'm laughing my ass of right now well thanks to everyone life's weird

I can't figure out the front panel connector. It's a very old motherboard and I don't have the motherboard manual anymore. It's an intel motherboard.

I'm planning on installing MacOS Big Sur. If Big Sur doesn't work is there any other versions which might run well on this spec?

I recently installed the pixel experience rom on my device (Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro) it was installed perfectly without any issues. Today I got a system update and I downloaded it and tap on install. It showed a message that the device will reboot into recovery mode. The device turned off and rebooted but there was nothing on the screen it was all black but I can tell that the screen is on. So I left it for 1 hour it still didn't turn on or showed anything on the screen. Now whenever I press the power button to reboot the phone vibrates and the screen turns on without anything on it, its all black. This is happening every time now. Still no post. I don't know if my phone was unlocked or not for going into recovery reboot. Does anyone know how can i fix this?
