  1. Fortunately, I do have a decent understanding of how business works. I have been involved in almost every facet of the company I have worked at for over 27 years, but yeah, a lot of people only see the surface. I will clarify my statement on the "transparency" a bit. " What is the policy on stock allocation for fulfilling the que versus the allocation for other distributors and do they consider certain channels a higher priority?" Now, I get that they owe us none of this information nor am I demanding any, its just nice to know their methods and prioritizations so people can adjust their expectations. EVGA has a sterling reputation to uphold in my eyes. I've been buying their products since I bought my first "GeForce 8800GTX 768MB" and my "nForce 780i SLI 775 Motherboard" in 2007 and they still work.
  2. Technically, they list practically every card they produce on their website but that's beside the point, I only referenced the 3080 in my original post and it is in their notify program. I see what you are trying to say though, It would just be nice to have a little more transparency.
  3. Normally I would agree on the simple notification, except, these are not simple notifications. When the cards are in stock they notify the next in line and they have an 8 hour window to purchase it. If not purchased it rolls to the next person until someone gets it. These are not mass notifications like most e-tailers do.
  4. If I have a notify in the que at EVGA from October of 2020 (Over half a year ago) and EVGA supplies some of these cards for the VAG system I would think that they would have been considered in stock and would fill my Que slot first. Any thoughts? https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=10G-P5-3897-KR
  5. Does anybody else think this way about the phrase "It should be noted." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:It_should_be_noted
