    All governments do this to certain extent, I just used NSA as a Big Data equivalent. If you don't care, then you are not informed.

    It still needs some work, but it's more than a 'prototype'. Make a transition, use two clients at once. Convince some of your friends to use it. Skype was true P2P messenger before Microsoft bought it, now everything you say or speak goes to NSA, that basically applies to any other closed source messenger. Tox now is what Skype used to be, but it's OpenSource and has a lot of improvements and various GUIs.

    You're gonna get significantly lower performance when copying files over ethernet to external drive connected to Raspberry Pi because it shares USB bus with ethernet.
