depends on the situation doe, if facts are too conflicting to come to a conclusion & emotional expression is the only reasoning to justify & make right of something , then the argument is a waste of time , except when you hit a blunt wall that is too emotionally anchored & wont listen to thoroughly proven well grounded facts, then it's good to walk off
