i have literally nothing else open, but i figured out the real problem which is my pc is not using my GPU at all, while gaming the usage was at 0%

I just got a new second monitor and after i hooked it up i hopped onto league of legends, in game my frames dropped down to ridiculously low (10-20 lowest) when usually my games at like 160+ fps please help both monitors are 60hz, main monitor is using hdmi and second is using dvi, gtx card is 750ti SC 2GB
