  1. I had a question about that topic that I forgot to mention in my original post, my PS4 puts out 1080p (if I am not mistaken...) to a 46" TV... That doesnt seem grainy to me at all. Is it different when it puts it onto a monitor than when it puts it onto a TV?
  2. The wife and I are moving soon and I am finally going to get my own man cave. We currently only have the one "big" TV (46') that we both share for things like netflix, movies gaming and the like. I have a PC set up beside it with a dual monitor setup, nothing fancy but I can and do play some games on it. The big TV is going to stay upstairs and I told her I was willing to compromise and get something smaller to put with my computer and just use it as a monitor and a TV for my PS4 and ditch my older crappier monitor and move my newer nicer one to the secondary spot. https://www.amazon.com/HP-X20LED-20-Inch-Backlit-Monitor/dp/B006YE4T8A This is my current main monitor. I am wanting to get something bigger but not so much bigger that it looks goofy sitting on my desk with me playing my PS4 on it. I was looking at some 27" ones but I have heard that playing at 1080p on a 27" monitor can make your image look grainy. I obviously want the best image I can get with the biggest display I can squeeze out of about 200 dollars. I may be better off going with an actual TV instead of trying to pull double duty with a monitor but I am not certain. Bear with me, I am no expert when it comes to PC hardware and all the jargon that goes along with it. I just like pretty colors and having fun. I appreciate any help anyone can give me. These are some of the monitors I have been looking at. I am not worried about the sound either, I already have that part figured out. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IEZGW8C/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=ZZQMGTGHWUJB&coliid=I3TWAUQRZ8XTOI&th=1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018MYTH9U/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=ZZQMGTGHWUJB&coliid=I1DNU795O5WAQY&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CLZ04VW/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=ZZQMGTGHWUJB&coliid=I2HC9TC9WEDDW7&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CMKOVPQ/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=ZZQMGTGHWUJB&coliid=I2SZ1WPNP457YG&psc=1
  3. Something else I thought of that might be affecting my performance, I run two monitors. One main screen to play on and a secondary screen for other info. I don't know if that would affect the CPU for sure or not but I am operating under the impression it would.

I have seen several CPU's that have caught my eye but I don't want to overpay anymore than I have to to get some decent performance. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117504&cm_re=sandy_bridge-_-19-117-504-_-Product This one in particular is the one Canyourunit suggests for the current WoW expansion, but if anyone has a suggestion for a similar cheaper product I would LOVE to have your opinion.
