43 inch Visio 4K tv. The manual says it supports. 4:4:4 color

Won't let me. It's locked

In the nvidia control panel my output dynamic range is set to limited? How can I enable full range?

So on nvidia control panel my Output dynamic range is locked how can I fix this to get full range RGB and a 4:4:4 color spectrum?

While sitting idle in Windows 10 my cpu usage ranges from 90-100, when I try to game, it just gets wrecked and frames are crap. Any help would be appreciated Specs: 6600k Z170Mx gaming 5 Gtx 980 8Gb ddr4 Windows 10 pro 64 bit

Need help! Fallout 4 screen artifacting and horrid FPS drops Specs I5 6600k Windows 10 pro 64 bit Gigabyte 980 Xtreme gaming Gigabyte z170Mx gaming 5 8 gigs DDR4 Have all the latest drivers and software too. Also really had FPS drops.

Any troubleshooting points besides drives? Should I fresh install Windows? Should I take the gpu out and reseat it?

It's not your normal screen tear. Almost like artifacting and the frames drop unplayable levels every few seconds don't think it's the cpu. It's a 6600k lol

I should use v-sync even though I'm getting super low frame rate drops? I know the 980 should smash this game. Also. How do I get older drivers?!
