  1. Dude, if you're gonna help then help, if not then I don't need you "shaming me" for not buying a game from a company that's worth millions of dollars, ok?
  2. I did that and it ALMOST worked, the errors disappeared, but when I tried to start the game it just gave me a black screen and then it the game just turns off almost immediately.
  3. Now when I try to start the game it says: The program can't start because binkw32.dll is missing from your computer" I already installed the crack btw.
  4. So I bought a PC about two weeks ago and it's been pretty good, BUT when I tried to install Just Cause 2 when I checked if I wanted DirectX to be installed and I press NEXT, it shows me an error that says: "Unable to execute file: D:\Just Cause 2\3rd\DirectX\DXSETUP.exe CreateProcess failed; code 740. The requested operation requires elevation." I thought this was just because there was something wrong with the game so I just shrugged it off as if it was nothing to worry about. But NOW I was trying to install Mafia 2 and the exact same thing happens. I have googled about this problem but all I could find was people saying that I should just run the program as an administrator, but that doesn't work, at least not for me. So please if anyone can help me with this I'll really appreciate it, because I'm losing my mind with this BS.
  5. I know I'm a moron, but what is a "dev"
  6. I'm asking because I have a shit PC so for me almost every game runs shitty, but I'm getting a new PC tomorrow so that won't be a problem anymore, but I would like to know if the "Real" copies of the games run better than a pirated version of the same game?
  7. Yeah but I'm not from the US or UK, I'm from a third world country so products here are A LOT more expensive than in the first world countries, that's why I'm a little bit torn on this, but I'll probably end up buying the i5-4460, because I wanna save a little money so I can buy myself a 240gb SSD. Anyway, thanks for responding to my post.
  8. Well I'm only gonna be playing games, but I've watched a couple of benchmarks, and I really don't see any difference between the two.
  9. I'm planning on buying a PC with a GTX 960 4gb, 8gb RAM, PSU B600, 1TB memory, but I'm not so sure about which cpu I should buy, I know that the i5-4570 is slightly better than the i5-4460, but I'm not sure if it's worth spending 25 bucks more for something that's basically the same. I'm curious what you guys think.
  10. But like I said guys, I have a shitty PC, so I can't test my monitor. But, there have been people who have connected the monitor to their PCs with a Display Port, and the monitor was set on 144hz, but when it was tested it skipped a lot of frames and didn't show more than 60fps even though it was set on 144hz and was connected to a very powerful PC with a Display Port. So I really don't know what the problem is. I checked my warranty just now, and I most definitely can return it, but I don't know if I should, or is there something else that it's a problem?
  11. I bought a AOC 24" monitor G2460FQ 144hz about 2 months ago. Now I can't test my monitor for whether or not if it's really 144hz because I have a really shitty PC that it hasn't got a DVI or Display Port plug in. BUT, I've been reading recently that a lot of people with the same monitor as mine, say that when they test their monitor on TESTUFO.com and when they tested on 144hz, they say that it skips frames and that it isn't really a 144hz, or even 100hz, it just displays a maximum of 60fps, here's the video. So my question is, do you think that there is something else that it's a problem, or should I just return my monitor and get another one?
  12. So I am planning on buying these parts: ASUS strix GTX 960 2 GB 8 GB RAM CX600 Z97P 1TB But, I really don't know which case to buy, I'm not looking for some fancy and expensive one, I just want one that will fit all of my parts and will have good air flow.
  13. Yes, but for gaming, it's the same, right? Because that's the most important part about the pc for me.
  14. So, what kind of disadvantages am I looking at if I go with the i3?
