Hello There, I'm using Raspberry Pi 4 (4GB) for my lan NAS. I have installed the 2 newly purchased Seagate Expansion Drives (1TB). I'm using mdadm it starts resync of drives but when it reaches to 5-6% the one of the drives fails and the details shows sdb1 is faulty. can i use the drive after formatting or else any other options are there which can i use without purchasing a new drive. Thanks in advance

As I told that I have only one designing station that I'm using it.. and I want to connect all of my existing computers with my new build/bought one. And I want to administrate all work done in my new office even a mail logging should be logged on to my master server -

Hello everyone, I'm planning to buy or build a server for my home based business. Right now I'm having 3 computers and 2 laptops (windows 10 running and can handle spreadsheet and only one PC is capable of handling solidworks light load). Now I'm planning to move in new office and I have to administrate all of the work done and accessibility (like web, USB and all) need to be monitored and logged of all PCs and laptops. So should I build a server with NAS so that I can have all data at one place and monitoring or else I can do something else PL suggest. Also suggest RAID type and sever products. My budget is approx US$1000(INR 71000).

I have automatic updates on my windows 10 pro. It has installed windows 10 1803 and I want to update it with windows 10 1809. For that, I have tried "windows update assist" and "media creation tool", USB flash drive, ISO file etc. But didn`t updated. After a soft restart at the starting "Undoing the changes"?. So I tried to delete the last update by booting into "safe mode", but I realised that after starting the safe mode the explorer.exe was crashing. I was only able to open windows settings (not control panel) by pressing "windows key + i". I also tried to run from run.exe by pressing "windows key + r" it also crashes randomly and if it works it is not opening the "control panel"? The PowerShell option is also used but not working for me. The explorer.exe working fine in normal mode. So pl guide me what should I do???

That's also not working for me. The network shows me my all computer are not responding.

After updating the windows 10 to anniversary update I cant setup the home group for my PCs. So, anyone can help me with it. Is it possible to set up a LAN group or HomeGroup? If not then pl tell me the freeware software which works expertly same like live sharing of file or homegroup. Thanks Jay Soni (Oh_BoY)
