I want it to be known I did not pick the parts (For example the PSU is overkill and the case is too big in my opinion) But since it was his build I just gave my two cents and let him pick it all out then I assembled it. Actually came out pretty nice looking.

So this would be the final color if i keep it this way with the rog sign white when i peel of the vynil. when it is dry it will be less shiny.
 
And finished Kept it black because it goes better with my case.

The windows is very dirty but that is because it is a dust nightmare plexiglass I will replace it with a tempered glass very soon and then I'm done with modding for some long long long time.....

You have a lot more issues than just uploading pictures.
Maybe start by giving your parts list otherwise nobody can help.

it can not be your cooler that smells please take out your cpu and check if there is nothing near the pins around them take a close look the whole area.

In my country there are two types of Acrylic Xt and cast.
Xt= is flattened Acrylic so it becomes bigger this also means that the tension is very big in acrylic itself. Therefore if you bend it will almost every time crack if not immediately after a day or when painting if the paint comes in the micro cracks    (I used this because it was cheaper and Reading is for losers...) Cast Or gegoten in dutch, is just molten acrylic poured into the right size and thickness. this does not have the big tension and is the best and the only choice if your gonna bend, Drill, Saw, Etc.. (this is what I am going to use. But this is more expensive) So my first plate cracked when i was painting and right now it cracked all the way through. and the painting was terrible so i learned from it and will try again.\
