    Yeah "OC" just means manually setting the rated speeds.
     
    And you should do 2 sticks definitely. The performance in games is easily twofold with 2 sticks.

    i been using this IEM for 6 months and sound really good
    I don't know the MSRP but if this way above your budget you can try the NEF21 or NEF11

    what i like about this notebook:
    1. the subwoofer
    2. red led keyboard backlight
    3. that secondary button like the N series
    4. IPS screen
    5. the signature on the back
     
    what i don't like
