  1. I've looked into powerline, but the problem I've had is just that, the wiring in my house. My room is on a separate breaker and the powerline adapters can't sync up because of it, unless I connect it to the outlet in the hallway, but then I need to run a 20ft ethernet cable from the hallway to my PC and it's just not practical or pretty.
  2. I agree, wired is king. As of right now that's my issue, I don't have access to a wired connection in my room because the router is on the other side of the house. My idea is to maybe get something like the Luma because I can place one in my room and then connect it via wired connection to my PC instead of having to use wifi. My only concern is if these mesh network routers can keep up with something like gaming?
  3. Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody knows if mesh networking routers like the Luma, and the Netgear Orbi are good choices for PC gaming, or if it's better to stick to a single traditional router setup?

  5. About $500 to maybe $600 tops, but typically the lower the better.
  6. I'm planning on building a rig that would be good for some entry level artwork and design, aside from a drawing tablet, what types of components would you guys recommend for a build like this i.e. (cpu, graphics, etc) Appreciate the help.
  7. Thanks for the input! I was also curious what the difference in cooling would be between MSI's Armor 2x cooling setup and their Twin Frozr V setup on the cards if anyone knows?
  8. Hello I'm planning on building my first PC and was looking into getting an r9 380 and I'm kind of going for a black and white color scheme. I managed to find a black and white r9 380 from MSI for a reasonable price, but on their website it only shows their r9 380 armor 2x 2gb version, and I was wondering if there is a 4gb version of that card. Because as of now I've only manged to find one 4gb version of it on newegg, but I can't find it even existing anywhere else, not even any reviews on it or videos, only the 2gb variant. Does a 4gb variant of it really exist, or did newegg make a mistake?
