Hi, So my R9 290 has been giving me really crappy performance and not really having 100% GPU usage and being anywhere from 3% to 30% , to 40% etc, never 100%. It sometimes gets to 100% but doesn't stay there for too long. The temperature on the GPU gets to around 50C-60C while gaming and thats with a reference cooler. The power it was drawing was anywhere from 30w to 100w. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated, thanks!

Nevermind, when I tried it i was still on hdmi, still the same result for a normal DVI cable

I got a normal DVI cable to output properly, so is the dual link cable bad?
