Okay, so I bought a 12 Inch Pioneer Subwoofer Speaker (PIONEER TSW311D4 12-Inch Champion DUAL4/1400W/450W Equalizer), Now I cannot Decide which Amplifier will be compatible with this specific model, I don't wanna go over 200$ on an Amp. Please Help me out here, I'm a noob on Car audio

Asus VG278H, i connected it to DVI port, i though i could be the cable, so I changed it to a New one and still the same, my monitor working just fine, its not the monitor, i connect it to HDMI port too, still the same
